This boss fight works a little different than the previous ones. To win, you need to kill all those floating eyeball things called "Creepers". They act as the Brain's eyes and allow the Brain to dodge all your attacks due to teleportation. Just press the "x" key to fire bullets at the Creepers. Each Creeper has a separate hp bar. It takes 3 hits on every Creeper to take them out and make the Brain "vulnerable". When the Brain is vulnerable, it will attempt to confuse and trick you using illusions, which are slightly transparent and CAN'T hurt you. Good luck!
