A brief Overview Systems are people (like us) who have at least 1 other persona/personality (commonly called alters/headmates), these systems are usually formed by the brain or the person themselves as a way to cope with trauma; although there are other forms of systems, the most prominent ones are traumagenic systems, meaning that they stem from trauma (Note: Traumagenic is not limited to systems but can be used for any mental problem caused by trauma) Mainly caused by DID/OSDD, though there are other causes Credits to @C00L_GaMe_Ct3at0r for the template!
