You can click on the black points and it will become highlighted, then you can use the arrow keys to control it. It will also show you the X and Y of the highlighted point. Watch as the center moves along with the points. Also observe the coordinates. Try to find a formula for centroids. Also, if you want to cancel highlight, press space.
