I wanted to get something Halloween related out before the event roles around, and I managed to get it done in time. I'll go over what I changed in the returning skins. Lost prince is pretty much perfection imo, I just added sleeves and lil jemstones on his head to add that asthetic. Scarlet night is also nearly perfect, so the only things I changed were my Astro design's features like the shirt, face, pendant, etc. Zapped creation is also really good, I made her claws rusted, changed up the face and feet, and made her mic tail a chain bc it's more vintage. A common theme with these skins is that they are just amazing, and the same goes for violet caster. I purple tipped the spikes on the tail, and add an extra sticker on her hat. I know I sound like a broken record, but berry beast is also peak event skin material. I just gave him pants, claws, and messed with the eye color a bit. Desertful scientist is the first skin I don't LOVE, but I think it's solid. I made him slightly more pale to match that creepy scientist aesthetic, I changed the pinkish glass of the goggles to purple, and put them over his eyes ( bro trying to do his best Dartly cosplay.), and i moved his bag up and made his apron a little chemical holder ( with test tubes totally not referencing sprout ginger and needough.) My least favorite Halloween skin in my skin ranking was infected candy, while I feel I was a little harsh, she is still pretty bad in base DW. I changed the ugly green to a pale yellow ( what a difference that makes ), gave her X pupils, gave her an outfit with a torn open center to show the heart drawing, and I took her whole right horn off and chipped the left one… or should I say she did it. Creepy clown is pretty good, not the best but I like it. I gave him new patterns on the ears and tail and added the blue and yellow aesthetic all over. Sanguine silence is also one of my favorite Halloween skins, and definitely blot’s best skin. I gave him a hat so he would kinda fit in with the default, gave him pants, and a bit of ichor dripping down from his mask. Fairy godmother shrimpo is unironically the best joke skin, but there are still a couple things I changed. I gave him lipstick bc slay ✨, the fish hook is now all glittery ( that’s basically a part of btw, if you take it out you basically take out his entire fin ), I gave him a more proper crown, gloves, and a more proper baddie outfit ✨. Crimson imp is amazing and absolutely destroys the other glisten skin from the first Halloween event. I gave him the devil wings ( which are totally not ruby’s wings recolored ), his makeup is now upturned, he has red glittery outfit, and his guitar was made to look like a pitchfork, it turned out amazing imo. Gourd gaurd is a perfectly fine skin, it is my least favorite that I remade, but I’ll just go over what I changed. The lil pumpkin vines are sticking out of his helmet, his eyes are yellow to match with gourdy, and his sword is made to look like a vine. Haunted topic is my favorite ribecca skin, even though it’s not really a contest. I gave her eyelids bc she a baddie and bc why not even tho it looks odd, and the hat has the little trademark. I almost picked little red for this, but I went with howling moonstone for newt since this is her favorite eclipse skin. The only real thing I changed is the outfit, the sleeves are tipped and her muzzle is darker that her base fur. Scary stylish is the opposite of infected candy, I was way to genorus to this skin in my ranking, the colors clash way too much, so get ready for a really long list. The only thing I kept are the socks bc I like the black and white, I did color the socks lavender purple, I changed the colors and made the green more asthetically pleasing, the outfit went through a massive overhaul, the skin tone is no longer that bad orange, and most of these come from the fan remake on the same screen so credits to the person who made it. Now, I’m lazy, so only 15 skins returned and the rest are new, but if you wanna suggest double bubble, creepy chord, skelekitty, crinkling leaves, fresh fall, gastly glow, haunted flame, midnight sleeper, candy critter, little red, extra cheese, or any new skins that come out tomorrow, if you suggest it, I might do it. I am cutting full moon and wrapped chic though, why? Wrapped chic is unnecessary, and ugly, and I’d don’t have full moon, but it’s too similar to my default blackout eclipse, so please don’t mad that I cut these guys. ( if there even is a fan of wrapped chic )
