Update 08. | Galloping Magic + Foxie Today we have a double update! Magic and Foxie are two of my top eventers atm so we decided it'd be a great idea to take them put for some fitness work on the gallops. I took Magic out as she is a hot headed gal and a friend of mine, Alice who helps around the yard here at Emberstone took Foxie out. I wanted to take them together as I like my horses to be happy and sensible being ridden in company especially at high speeds. We warmed up in trot side by side and the same I a gentle canter. We then worked up from 10% to 90% speeds and had to separate as Foxie is only 13.2 and Magic is 16hh! I was so pleased with both of these girls today and they both made amazing progress! We finished off with a lap of walk and then walking back through the forest trails back to the yard.
