65. Golden Acres XC w/ Sirius - - - - Tysm Shmeppy for letting us visit! We did the first jump and it was a breeze :) Then we trotted to the next jump, where Sirius over jumped a little bit. I think he got distracted by the duck. We did some trotting and cantering over to the next jump, and on the way, Sirius proved how desensitized he is when he stayed calm and focuses when a dog started barking at him. The logs were a little bit high for him to jump but he just barely managed to make it over. Then he over jumped the branch and our landing was pretty messy. He dipped his hoof in the water then hesitated and backed up, but I urged him on and he persevered through the water, only flinching slightly when the water splashed his legs. We finished with some flying lead changes and dressage-ish stuff, then I put him in the trailer and brought him back home! This took forever 0.0 - - - - Creds!
