Tweetweetweet is an NPC in Hotland on Pacifist and Neutral, however, they will not be present on Genocide due to the evacuation. They're a tower of three round Northern-Cardinal-like birds. Despite looking identical (other than the topmost one having spiky "hair" slightly resembling fire), only the one at the top of the tower is capable of speech - the other two speak in normal bird noises. That specific bird states his name is Whistle, and the other two are Chirp and Squawk. It is never known if the middle or lowest bird is Chirp/Squawk - only that the topmost bird is Whistle. If they had an encounter, it would consist of Chirp and/or Squawk bouncing around the bullet box, and if only one bird is bouncing, flaming feathers being sent into the bullet box as well (white bullets only), and another attack where all three slowly fly around the battle box, squawking in either all-blue or all-orange shockwaves Their stats are 9 ATK, 9 DEF, and 300 HP (3 ATK, 3 DEF, and 100 HP each) Whistle claims their combined age is 27, however, he never states how the ages are distributed, leaving all three's true ages (and life stages) unknown. As for personalities, Whistle is casual but smart, and the other two's personalities are unknown. Quotes: Whistle: "Don't mind my brothers. This is how we get around." "Sometimes we wear a trenchcoat. It makes us look taller." "I always stay at the top of the stack. I'm the smartest, so I lead." Chirp/Squawk: "Tweet." "Chirp." "*Whistle*"
