Honestly it feels like humanity is literally gonna implode itself. It feels like there are so many bad things that are going on in the world and we can't fix them. Climate change, pollution, political shenanigans, and the ai thing. And it may not be directly affecting us yet, but it will on the future. But it's also affecting me now. These are all major sources of my anxiety, and I honestly just want them to go away. I want the world to be good. I want to be happy. I've had 2 anxiety attacks in this one week and it's not getting better yet. It feels like the moment I'm freed from one of my anxieties I'm forced into another. Please stop using ai. For humanity. For anyone else who has anxiety about this like me. For anyone who cares. The anxiety's gotten so bad when I go outside I just start thinking about how it won't last. How it could just fall apart at any moment. Im addicted to my phone cuz it's the only thing that remotely distracts me. I don't have enough room sorry bye y'all
