* MOBILE FRIENDLY * Humans cannot reliably recall colours. This is a simple game to see how good (or bad) you are at it. You will be shown five colours, then after each one you must try and recreate it using three sliders: Hue, Saturation, and Brightness (HSB). Notes on the scoring - It's more complicated than you might think! The project doesn't just compare slider values. Both colours are converted into a colour space designed to match human vision, then the distance between them is measured using CIEDE2000 — a formula from colour science that quantifies how different two colours look, not how far apart their numbers are. It corrects for known issues where older formulas scored greens, blues, and purples unfairly. That distance is shaped into a game score that rewards getting the right colour family — because remembering "it was a warm orange" is the hardest part, and that should count.
