No this is not a game, it is concept art for a possible game called Painterknight
What is Painterknight? Painterknight tells the story of Fred the painter, who wants to be a knight, so he spends all of his lunch money (this dude is 25 and still has lunch money) on a suit of armor, now people are making him go on quests for stuff, turns out, Fred has no idea what a knight does.
