Info about the Airbus A350: The Airbus A350 is a long-range, twin-engine wide-body jet airliner developed and produced by the European aerospace manufacturer Airbus. It holds a notable place in aviation history as the very first Airbus aircraft constructed primarily out of advanced carbon-fiber-reinforced polymers, which dramatically improves aerodynamics and reduces fuel emissions by 25% compared to older generations. Powered by ultra-efficient Rolls-Royce Trent XWB turbofan engines, the A350-900 variant can carry up to 440 passengers across massive global distances of up to 15,750 kilometers. This specific blockshade highlights a very special real-world aircraft. To celebrate its historic milestone anniversary, Cathay Pacific painted one of its active Airbus A350-900 flagships (registration B-LRJ) in its legendary "Lettuce Leaf Sandwich" retro livery. This iconic green-and-white striped cheatline design originally defined Cathay Pacific's visual brand identity from 1971 through 1994. This unique paint scheme beautifully bridges eight decades of vintage airline heritage with advanced, modern commercial aviation technology.
