LOUD WARNING This is a neutron star. It forms when a star runs out of energy and implodes. This sudden collapse causes a supernova and expldes, leaving a super dense core that is constantly spinning. Neutron stars are only as big as a small city, but they are so dense, they are close to becoming a black hole. This particular neutron star is a pulsar, and it constantly emits electromagnetic radiation, creating two distinctive quasars.
