The controls are simple. Press ENTER or SPACE (you can configure in settings) 5 times in a row to toggle Sticky Keys on or off. Tap the 'settings' icon twice to open it.
Well, I just kind of copied the Windows Sticky Keys action with Shift, but since Scratch can't read shift key presses, I had to use some other keys. This project you can copy and edit at your own will. Feel free to involve Sticky Keys in your project, or add the settings.
