Please don’t report me—I poured my heart into this chapter of my romance/action saga “Miyuki and Makomo.” Recap: Mui headed out on patrol, leaving Genya, Miyuki, and Makomo lounging at the Butterfly Mansion. “I’m still tired, I’m gonna take a nap now,” yawned Genya. “Alright, enjoy, sleep tight, have your adorable baby nap,” quipped Miyuki, who loved slipping in a joke now and then. “Oh, hush,” grumbled Genya, half joking, half serious, shuffling off to snooze, thus abandoning Miyuki and Makomo to their own devices. “I’m bored—wanna play Monopoly?” asked Makomo. “Yeah, why not,” replied Miyuki. Two hours later— “And I win with fifty bucks, while you’re limping along with ten,” announced Makomo with triumph. “How did you wiiin? Ugh, fine, congrats,” sighed Miyuki, the ultimate sore loser. “Let’s chat about weapons,” suggested Miyuki, daughter of a swordsmith. “Sure—like how you wield a hammer instead of a sword, which is uniquely awesome,” said Makomo. “Yeah, no, I’m not awesome. You are,” countered Miyuki. “Aww, stop underselling yourself,” replied Makomo. “Who’s underselling themselves?” asked Mui, apparently just back from forest patrol. “Miyuki claims she’s not cool. Also, how many demons did you take out?” asked Makomo. “First, Miss Yukitera, you are epic. Second, I slayed about thirty-five,” said Mui, flashing a smug grin. “Yeah, right! Thirty-five near-lower-rank-strength demons in two hours? No way you killed *that few*! I was expecting ten times that,” scoffed Genya, evidently awake from his nap. ships: genmui, sabigiyu, miyukimakomo (my OC Miyuki Yukitera × Makomo Urakodaki)
