1. people are SO parasocial these days, like being a fan of somebody is one thing, but DEVOTING your scratch account to a scratcher or a group of, is kind of weird imo. i've experienced this a ton! like there was this one dude who claimed to be friends with my other friend, and like when i told that said friend about him, he had NO clue who he was. this also happened a ton over the past few weeks iykyk and i'm just going to say, be yourself bro. you don't need co signs from popular scratchers for followers. 2. nowadays, NOBODY can take criticism. like i dare you to critique an animator's work (an actual helpful critique) and THEY WILL say "at least i make better animations that you!!" or just CRASH OUT on you. it's really stupid like actually.
