HERE'S THE FREAKING STORY!!! idk what to name it... soooooooooooooooooooooooo........ ye- "Hurry up, Miss! We're going to be late!" Hi, I'm Raven Vance, and you just heard my bodyguard, Leon, yell at me for the sixth time to hurry up. My papa and mamma are rich... well, I guess only Papa is because Mamma... never mind. This is NOT the time for conversation. I still need to pick out a dress for the stupid gala my father is forcing me to. Like I said, my parents are rich so I have to go to all of these stupid galas and things like that. People tried to... let's say do not so nice things to me.. so that pretty much explains Leon. He's only two years older than me, twenty-five. But his job and the age gap, even if it is two years, doesn't stop him from having feelings... and to be honest with myself, I feel the same way. But I am WAY too stubborn to say anything about it. "Leon," I yell. "Come up here for a second!" Then less than twenty seconds later, his adorable hesitant knock can be heard. "Miss?" He asks, his voice slightly muffled behind the door. "Midnight blue, black, or dark red?" I ask him, trusting his guess. God, what is happening to me?! Six months ago I wouldn't even remember his name! I wouldn't have cared enough to even remember it! "Midnight blue, it brings out your eyes." Leon replies. I can tell it's honest too. Why does that make my skin crawl?? "Thanks..." I say, easily sliding on the dress and sitting down at my vanity. I stare at myself for a second. I don't even recognize the girl staring back at me. She is young, pretty, and looks well behaved. My mamma used to say, "Never judge a book by its cover, la mia principessa." (my princess) and I whisper those same words to myself as I look at the unfamiliar woman in the vanity mirror. Inside of me was a reckless, crazy, wild, woman of a warrior. Waiting, impatiently, to be set free. For a moment, everything is silent, then Leon clears his throat. "Uhmm... Raven..? Are you ready to go?" He asks, not exactly sure if he should be using my given name. "Huh? Oh... OH! Yes, I'm ready." I tell him, getting up and making my way towards the door. CLIFFHANGER FOR YOU BC I RAN OUT OF IDEAS!!!!!
