Following Stakraine's sanctions on Ambronia, General Lef announces a total trade embargo on all Ambronian products. Nothing made in or sponsored by Ambronia-including electronics manufactured using Ambronian-made microchips- shall be imported by the UCP, and it is illegal to do so until further notice. The UCP also announces 15% tariffs on all United Island Alliance countries (besides Ambronia because we are not importing anything from them anyway) because they have "given in to Ambronian imperialist corruption." The UIA is not a defensive alliance anymore; it is a machine for expansion. The UCP also denounces the Legion of Freedom for allowing Ambronia into the alliance. "You call yourselves the Legion of Freedom; I don't see how letting Ambronia take over countries, backed by superpowers, while taking away the people's autonomy, is protecting freedom." However, Lef has to be careful. All this talk about freedom and stuff could stir up some more nationalism. The UCP is all for imperialism but not by other imperialists
