so if you don't know. scratch has hidden blocks that usually can only be accessed by hacking them in. this project has those blocks as the blocks never were removed.
How to access the hidden blocks. step 1. go to turbowarp. step 2. go inside the empty project and turn on the hidden blocks addon. step 3. add the hidden blocks you want to the project. step 4. save project to your computer step 5. open project in scratch. you now have the blocks.
