This took me at least 5 days to make and finish; it's rigged and ready to pose. This is kind of my first time making a vector, and I really needed Dr Sylveon for my animations. if you'd like to use it for your own things, its free to use, just credit me. press space to sift through the different stuff.
Thanks to UnicornPowah for the inspiration all emotions and assets are made by me; Dane Powraznik, the creator of Starters, owns Dr. Sylveon.
