This article is about some of the more famous contests going on right now, their links and how to join. Contests! Everybody's heard about them, but what actually are they? And what are the benefits to entering them? Well, in this article I am going to explain that and more. Now, contests can be a competition for making almost anything, there are thumnbail contests, game jams, dtas and so much more! There are many good things about entering them, even if all the different types can be a bit confusing. First of all, the majority of contests have PGs, which means prize givers, who follow the winners and often the runner ups. Also, most contests have a theme to stick to, which can be quite useful, especially when you are struggling to get ideas. There is one downside to entering contests though, often in more famous contests multiple projects are featured, meaning it can be harder to get your project noticed when the contests feature a voting system on who wins. If you are looking for contests to enter I recommend either checking @zbsmobile 's open contests studio- https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/230339/ or trying out these- https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1383145552/ and https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1334364305/ Remember though, don't feel pressured into joining contests or being a pg.
