PLEASE heart and star because I really wanted Boshy to become almost Giygas-esque, with his protection barrier strikingly resembling that of the Devil's Machine from Giygas' first phase. He even has the breathing tubes! Also, I worked VERY hard on this design.
Story for Boshy 2.0: After episode 2 of Mario Across Many Universes, Boshy died after Mario's BLJ. Boshy's minions later recovered the worn-out body of their long-lost leader and designed a special healing tank that would heal Boshy over time. In this device, Boshy was at full power, but could not exit the machine. One of the minions estimated that it would take 10,000 years for Boshy to regain full strength. There was no way to speed up this process, though, as a machine strong enough to replenish Boshy's strength quicker was not yet invented. Boshy actually according to lore, was actually more-or-so a cyborg, and able to function underwater. But, just like a human, Boshy could not breathe underwater, thus he had an oxygen tank (the brown wiring) installed in his device.
