It's called a Blacksoul, and only 3 of those were ever constructed, and Scorpio has the second one. No one knows what happened to the third, but it is said that it was the most powerful of the three. Each charm gives its master infinite power and manipulation to the void... Oh, and one more thing, as Zote the mighty once said "Names have power" so he named his weapon "The Shade's Last Breath". His weapon is called that because he can basically one-shot Shade Lords with that thing.
