If you can't read inside of the project: Haunted! Chapter 1: The Backstory Red, Blue, Green, and Magenta (Often called The Spectrum) is the newest and smallest ghost investigation group which started on March 13th, 1974. Red, who is the founder of The Spectrum, Blue is the co-founder, Green and Magenta, who are the new hires for their first day at work… In a “Haunted” Hospital. Chapter 2: The Arrival to the Hospital “Stay close, then we split up,” said Red, who opened the door to the entrance of the old, wretched hospital. “Ugh, it stinks here.” gagged Blue, “No wonder why they call it the most haunted place in good ol’ Baltimore!” Blue continued. “But this hospital actually used to be one of the safest places to be back then!” Magenta interrupted. “People used to come here during World War II for comfort, to tend to their injuries, and even get some food!” said Magenta. “Okay, okay, ladies. Stop arguing over this place, there could be people ‘round here,” said Red. “Or even worse.” Green interrupted. Green shined his light through a mirror beside them, with a message on it, possibly written with dirt, grime, and even… blood. And it reads: “YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE COME HERE.” “Yikes!” said Blue. “Looks like something is here with us.” continued Blue. Glass shattered in a patient’s room. Which shivered the whole team. Well, except for Red. He’s a professional ghost hunter. “Stand back, everyone!” said Red. “This one’s a real trickster.” “Wait, what do you mean, boss?” Magenta asked. Red handed Magenta a book about demonology. “Woah,” said Magenta, excitedly. “Can’t wait to read this!” Red looked at her, “We’ll read it when we finish this, okay?” “Okay!” Magenta nodded. “Come on, team. We have work to do.” said Red, who led the way to the patient’s room. “Green, take out your EMF (electromagnetic field) reader*, please.” Green pulled out his EMF reader*. To detect the ghost energy in the room where activity was last seen– or heard. Blue sets up her LIDAR scanner,** her Laser projector,*** and her Video camera.**** Then headed outside to view the activity. “Oh my…” said Blue through the group’s walkie talkie. “You guys… This guy’s a little… Rough ‘round the edges.” “Wait, what do you mean?” said Red, through the walkie talkie. “You guys’ energy’s WAY too high in the room.” Blue responded. “I’ve detected some ghost orbs through the video camera, mark it off- But…” Blue gets cut through the walkie talkie, as if she is shocked about something. “But what, Blue?” Red and Magenta asked together. “The LIDAR scanner… it's not working…” Blue said. “Huh, perhaps a Doppelganger-?” Red muttered. “Or could be a Vex!*****” Yelled Magenta. “That’s even worse-” Blue’s walkie talkie has shut off, unexpectedly. “Blue? Hey dude, what happened?” Red called out. The rest of The Spectrum hears a loud roar down the hallway inside the hospital. “Eep!” Magenta squealed. Normally, these spirits can’t walk through walls, but this one… ONLY this one. Driven by anger, spite, and displeasure. It was highly hostile– unlike anything Red had ever encountered. “Everyone, RUN!” Red yelled out so loud, that it made the birds fly away from the surrounding area. *: EMF Reader (electromagnetic field reader): Is a tool used in ghost investigations by investigators to detect where a ghost currently resides.
**: LIDAR Scanner: A tool used to detect if a ghost is present in a place. If a ghost is detected, it will make a small alarm. ***: Laser Projector: A tool that makes light to make ghost orbs more visible. Even makes ghosts more visible. ****: Video Camera: A tool that uses night vision to see ghosts, moving objects, etc more easily. Often used in isolated spots. *****: Vex: Are entities used in some creepy fictional stories, Vexes act as the physical embodiment of anger and displeasure. They can go through walls, but not furniture, and are incredibly hostile. (Fictional entities) Chapter 3: The Ghost Chase The team sprinted as fast as they could, as if their lives depended on it— and honestly, they did. They completely forgot who’s who, and what was what, just running away from everyone and everything they saw at the moment. Wow, this ghost really scared them badly. They ran around for a minute or two. After that, they finally remembered what happened, and eventually grouped back together. “Dude, what happened here!? It looks like a mess!” shouted Blue. Green and Magenta dashed out of the building without hesitation with Red trying to catch up. Then suddenly, the front doors shut in front of Red. “Oh god.” Red whispered. The entity growled a few feet behind Red. Red closed his eyes. He had never acted like this in his life. He ran toward the ghost. “Boss?! Are you possessed-!?” Magenta squealed. Green couldn’t even believe his eyes. “Why in the world would he run into that entity?” Green thought. “He’s frustrated,” Blue whispered. “Thats it.” Red charged and tried to slam the hostile entity down… and the ghost disappeared. “HOLY COW!!!” Magenta shouted. Green was in awe, lost for words. Blue was impressed. Red stood in victory, only if… I was lying about winning. Chapter 4: Hello World Hello there, I am Red, Red Crimson to be exact. The founder of The Spectrum. The story that I told you, yes it was real. It was not a Vex or anything, it was a skinwalker, the one has been roaming the news lately. The one that I charged into. My team is safe. No one is hurt. I'm not hurt. I am broken. I will soon be repaired back together. It’s been 20 years, it is now March 19th, 1994. Add 5 after, and after. I can still see them trying to live up to this legacy of mine. I see everything. But the only thing is… I am forever paralyzed, not able to move, just to float forever. Will I go up? No, I won’t. Until I get to see that skinwalker caught. Or left to rot in that hospital. Soon, just soon, I will come back. Because I am Red, I am Red, I am the peak of life and the threat of destruction. I will not go. And I will take my sweet, sweet time— enjoying every second, to millisecond, then to nanosecond. Put my life in the rewind. Then see the future. Just to see that skincrawler find nothing else to do. It will rot. It will rot. It will rot. Now that I look at a shattered mirror, I see what else I could’ve done. Instead of just hearing my team cry for my name as I get dragged through the broken ground full of shattered glass stabbing my back. I will soon come back, in someone stronger, improved, and better. This is not the last that you’ll see me.
