1. Spain and Bulgaria sign a peace treaty lasting until 1975. During this time, Spain and Bulgaria shall not engage in any military action against one another. 2. Spain will pay minor war reparations to Bulgaria. 3. Spain will lift the blockade of Bulgarian ships through the Strait of Gibraltar, but Bulgarian ships must undergo heavy inspection and pay a hefty tax to pass through. 4. Bulgaria will not send support to France or Spain in the form of men, volunteers, military equipment, fuel, or consumer goods until 1975.
