The Portals Lock Chapter 11 Dark Fire Looked at the Knight that was now trying to End him. Dark Fire continued to dodge the Knights. "Be Fair Let me get my weapon " Dark Fire said to the Knight. "Anything I do is fair" The Knight said continuing to thrust the Obsidian black spear at Dark Fire. Dark Fire fell over to avoid the spear. The Spear then came towards him, he rolled to avoid. Dark Fire looked at the knight who continued to try and defeat Dark Fire. "Dark Fire use weapons" Medusa said. "Im trying its to fast to get them" Dark Fire said finally rolling to his feet. Dark Fire moved out of the Knights way. The Knight was quick Dark Fire to defeat it . Without spells Dark Fire couldn't defeat him. Dark Fire looked at the Knight as it continued without stopping. Dark Fire could feel as the Knight continued. He would need Backup. "Medusa, I need Back up" Dark Fire said. "Ok" Medusa said moving over there. "look who was just talking about fair" The Knight said. "If you cant defeat me by yourself What makes you think you can ever keep the portal closed" The Knight mocked. Dark Fire used that As a distraction to get one of his khopesh's. "Thanks Medusa" Dark Fire said before Charging at the Knight. "I see finally something smart, you used her to get your weapon" The Knight praised." To Bad it wont fix anything, Think Of this fight as a you lose one" The Knight added preparing to thrust the spear at him. Dark Fire Moved out of the spears way. Finally Dark Fire was close enough to hit the Knight. The Knight tried to move out of Dark Fire's way but it was to late. The khopesh sank into the Knight it immediately starting to fade. "Your Better than I thought thanks for fighting" It said. "But even thought you Defeated Me its over for you" The Knight fully turned to nothing. Dark Fire Watched as the Spear turned into a Normal spear and fall to the floor. The Spear hit the floor with a Clank. Dark Fire looked at the Door it had Not opened, It wasn't Lying about it being over. Suddenly Dark Fire noticed water coming out of the holes of the Floor, it quickly rising. Everyone started to Panic. Dark Fire Knew that it would fill up to the top and drown them. Dark Fire was Now swimming to keep surface as the Water rose higher. Everyone else was swimming but Panic filled the room. We Lost, The Portal will now take over the World Dark Fire thought as he watched the roof get closer to them. Dark Fire Looked at Medusa, "Our Plan Failed" He said. "I know" Medusa spat. "I thought it would work" She added. Dark Fire could Now touch the roof if he raised his hand. Asuka was the only one who wasn't swimming above the surface, unstead Dark Fire saw him swimming for the spear the Knight had dropped. The water was about to swallow them, Dark Fire took a final breath before the water touched the roof. Dark Fire Stopped swimming letting himself fall through the water. Asuka's hand touching the spear was the Last thing Dark Fire saw before closing his eyes. Dark Fire laid there with his eye's closed. I thought We could destroy the Portal forever, But we were wrong, He thought. He opened His eyes still under water. He now saw the water was going back into the drain suctioning him to the drain. The water was going down, so it wasn't going to be there forever. Finally when the water drained Dark Fire took a breath of air. He was now soaked by that water that almost drowned him."Were Alive I thought I was a goner" Rej said. Dark Fire rose to his feet. "I wana test something" Asuka set the spear back on the floor. Instantly water filled the room again. When He picked It up The water went back into the Drain. "OK so if the spear is on the floor it will drown us" Asuka observed. "I want to test to see if it works if each of us hold it" Asuka said. After everyone had tested the spear they found that Asuka was the Only one who could hold it to stop the water. (+)
