TELL ME WHY I’m going to have to play a FREAKING DISTRICT ATTORNEY in a mock trial WHEN SHE HASN’T EVEN TOLD ME WHAT IM SUPPOSED TO BE DOING?? i was just gonna wait and sign up to be the baliff or jury or something BUT NOO. this HMMPH was like “oh you’re good at writing papers and making infographics so CLEARLY YOU SHOULD PLAY THE HIGH STAKES ROLL OF DA!!” so now I have to SOMEHOW prepare a WHOLE FREAKING ARGUMENT and somehow present it in a formal manner WHEN I KNOW BASICALLY NOTHING ABOUT THE CASE BECAUSE SHE DIDN’T TELL ME HOW TO PREPARE OR ANYTHING SHE JUST THREW ME IN THERE here I was thinking: OH WE’LL PROBABLY HAVE A CLASS PERIOD TO PREPARE AND LEARN ALL THE REQUIREMENTS BUT NOO INSTEAD I HAVE TO GO UP THERE AND PRETEND I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT I BARELY EVEN KNOW WHAT A PROSECUTION IS AND NOW I HAVE TO LEAD ONE??
