What if Sonic 4 Episode 3 was a real game, and Sega didn't cancel it? To be honest this isn't sega quality but I tried. This is the remaster of my project Sonic 4 Episode 3 By Scratch. I'm keeping the original version up so the links I've typed previosuly don't lead to a 404 page. This remaster will get more updates soon. Please help me get Blue Television Games do a video about this project, more info here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1312033847/ DEBUG MODE (if you get stuck): C+D (the game has been completed on November 8th 2025) Press space on the title screen to start Make your own Sonic game TODAY: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1247945868 Loading issues? Use the Turbowarp version: https://turbowarp.org/1193818393 I encourage everyone to spread the word that this Scratch game exists to places dedicated to Sonic fan games. Search is broken, so please copy and paste this link https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1193818393/ (GAME CAN'T BE PLAYED ON MOBILE) Basic Controls: Left Or Right: Move Double clicking Z: Jump Dash Down While Running: Roll Z: Jump Press Key [ 1 ] at any time to switch characters I made things more clear in these instructions after seeing what qualities Scratch Team would like to feature a project for, also, since this engine I picked is easy to use, it would encourage other Scratchers to remix either project and make their own Sonic fan game, compared to the GSE, where thousands if not millions of users just changed the character in their remixes and called it a day. Although it has placeable objects thanks to custom blocks, this engine still requires effort to use, involving going into debug mode for the user to read the x and y positions to put an object at, then going into the code to add the object manually so it saves for after the green flag is clicked again. I think I got everything except "projects that show diversity in communities", yet, the characters are different animals, and borrows many things from other Sonic fans. It's recommended to play as Tails if you're new to Sonic gameplay This Scratch game breaks the boundaries of what people thought wasn't previously possible on Scratch, a (nearly) full-fledged game, with advanced physics and platforming Comment below if you like the new sprites Mild warning: The title screen has two flashes that both happen within about a second.
