✦ The Backstory: Their parents are Pumpkinfall (a kind, warm orange tabby tom) and Duskwing (a gentle, purple-black she-cat). They were deeply loving parents, but they were wrongfully exiled from the Clan right after the kits were born. The kits will know them only by false stories from the rest of the clan, and they are currently being raised by their kind but rather strict caretaker, Deepleaf. 1. applying for Trickkit 2. not sure yet but leaning towards Tricktriumph or Tricktribute, maybe Tricktrapster? 3 wip (she/blight/moon) She had been suspicious from a young age, their stories didn't quite match up. "Duskwing killed Marvelousflight in cold blood" an elder would say. "Pumpkinfall poisoned the herbs alongside Duskwing." Deepleaf would say. "Pumpkinfall went against clan orders and saved a rogue during a flood." a warrior would say. "They had a forbidden relationship." The deputy would say. But that had never made sense, they were both in the clan, and the stories had made no sense, Yewleaf had said that Marvelousflight had died of an infection. As Trickpaw stood in the moonlight, cast under a gibbous moon while the frigid wind bit blight's fur, blight wondered. Had they been innocent, framed for crimes by a malevolent entity — the government? Since moon had found out moon had such a deep burning, passionate hatred for the leadership, moon viewed them as liars, those who would rather burn others at the stake than acknowledge their own hypocrisy. But, she had no concrete proof, no one would believe her, she was alone, stranded in the dark. No one would believe an apprentice, especially a young warrior one, over the leadership, especially of the whole clan. It was a stark contrast-- a young lone 'foolish' apprentice over the brain-washed by propaganda clan, blight was alone. At first moon had believed the propaganda, moon believe that moon's parents were really just heartless murderers. She lost the last slivers of her respect for authority that night, in the cool snowy new-leaf breeze. Blight was unsure how to proceed, blight was in a standstill, would blight try to speak to blight's parents, would blight be foolish, or reckless enough to speak to the leader, would Trick lie and wait, to overthrow the clan from within? 4. TBH I was going to go with Candy in a vacuum but Trick fits better with the story IMO 5. Just adding other stuff but I believe she best represents the red (determination)/blue (integrity) souls in Undertale, I also think she partially fits the purple (perseverance) and yellow (justice) souls.
