This took me ages to draw gng T T The art is in the bg press space So basically, that high-pitched ringing in his ears for... way too long (Referred to as sound tortvre) caused some damage to his ears, which sort of rewired his brain. His head tried to adjust since he wasn't able to hear for a bit, and now loud noises are extremely loud. He essentially has the symptoms of severe anxiety but worse and physical with that one ^^"
