It has a solid health pool of 80 HP, 100 Attack because it's pretty big and will hit hard with it's horns and large tail, 115 Defence, as it's large and can tank hits, 70 Special Defence to clear out for physical bulk, 70 Special attack for psychic moves to hit nicely, And finally 70 speed to out speed slow mons.
