Made this a long while ago, finally decided to post it today. I was inspired by @NeonScratcher1275 's original project because it used Aqua Lake as the background image and then I was like "ya know, how hard would it be for me to rearrange this?" It wasn't that hard. I was also thrust to do this because, sorry to say this Neon, you're a great guy, but the original song wasn't very good. Like, it's alright, but I feel like every song you make sounds the same, very similar keys and very similar melodies all across the board. Also, every song in the Sonic Gemstone soundtrack sounds like a boss theme, and that's pretty bad. Imagine a whole Sonic game, but instead of any fun tunes, they're all just boring serious songs that all have the same dumb fake Genesis instruments. AND USE THE FRICKING MAJOR SCALE FOR ONCE, HAVE YOU EVER FELT JOY IN YOUR LIFE BEFORE? Sorry I shouted Neon, but your music just doesn't hit the spot for me. Can you try to make some more upbeat music? I think it'll do wonders for Sonic Gemstone, and I'm sure other people will like it too. But if the carnival level music isn't swingy, goofy, or jazzy, then the game is unplayable. It's just a fact. And that credits music? Doesn't sound rewarding at all, I'm peeing my pants to that crap. THIS is how good credits should sound - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezLGTcdZU8Q - Gotta have that emotion at the end while keepin' the Sonic funkiness alive. In fact, you should just look to the entire Sonic 3D Blast soundtrack for inspiration; it is the perfect example of how Sonic music *should* sound in my mind, and not whatever Sonic Gemstone is. Sorry for ranting about your music so much Neon, and know that you can make your music however you want, just as long as you're happy with it. I might not like your music, and that's fine, but also feel free to take criticism too. I just hope you can better your music skills eventually, and that takes time as with all things good. Anyways, PROJECT credits now! Original music from Sonic 2 (8-Bit) Remixed by me using JummBox Original project by @NeonScratcher1275
