The world needed to be fixed. And for some reason Sky was supposed to be part of it, with no idea how. But he was not the only dragon attempting to fix it. Dark blue flashed by, and Sky looked at it. Tsunami sky thought. Tsunami was a dark blue sea dragon, who liked to boss other dragons around. The green one took off to the sky, scanning the ground. “We might need to go a little bit more east to avoid a battle with sharptail dragons,” he said “or have a chance for all of us to die.” Sundew sky thought. Sundew was a dark green plant dragon, with pouches on him, holding weapons and the map of the two continents, Palnohal and Pyragrin. ”No thank you.” Tsunami said, charging into a lake. They were in the grassy palnohol plains. “Then we can go this way.” Sundew said, pulling out a map, pointing to a side path a little more east. ”Okay,” one of the yellow-and-black dragons said gleefully. Cricket sky thought. Cricket was a black and light yellow dragon. That was one of the yellow-and-black dragons in the group. The other one was named Wasp, who had black and dark yellow scales, with a deadly tail stinger. Their tribe is called the wasps. His name was based on the animal and the tribe. After a long flight, they reached the Palnohal coast. The white dragon dove into the sea for a few minutes. Hailstorm sky remembered. Hailstorm was an ice dragon, white scales and spikes instead of frills on his back. ”We should make a plan.” the black dragon said. Nightsky sky thought. Nightsky was an eclipse dragon, with mainly black, but some dark yellow scales. He always had scrolls and books strapped to his back. Tsunami, sundew, cricket, wasp, hailstorm, and nightsky. Sky had memorized them. “So what should we do when we get there?” sky asked. Tsunami was about to say something, but a shriek filled the air. “What was that?!” Tsunami bellowed, the same time Sundew yelled “ everyone, hide!” Tsunami flew into the air, scanning. ” about twenty sharptail dragons. Eighteen, to be exact.” Tsunami said, barely avoiding a sixteen-spiketail. How many spikes on a sharptail dragon depends on the age of the dragon. They develop their first two spikes at the age of ten. Every ten years another two spikes come in until there are twenty (age one hundred) then stop coming, but get bigger and sharper. Sky was so lost in his thought, he got cut by a eight-spike tail. “Youch!” Sky yelped, holding the cut, then giving his attacker a face full of flames. Tsunami's attacker fell to the ground, with three violent slashes in the neck. Sky cut his attacker in the eye with his wingtip. The closer Sky looked, the more obvious it was. His attacker’s eye color was white. No other colors, just pure white. That is so odd, Sky pondered. Sky looked around, finding three knocked out dragons. Sundew pulled out a blowgun from his light brown pouch, and knocked out the remaining dragons with tranquilizer darts. “Well that deals with THAT problem,” Sundew growled, menacingly staring at Sky’s cut, then saying, “now somebody get him a couple strands of kelp,” Tsunami dashed into the sea, returning a few minutes with a couple of sticky, wet, slimy strands of kelp. While Tsunami covered up Sky’s wound, she said, “when we get there, we should find the crystal mines, get the hero’s crystal, find the sky palace, activate the crystal… somehow, break the dark citadel, and show the shadow guy who is boss of him!” “Not a very straightforward plan,” Sundew muttered under his breath. A four-spiked sharptail dragon walked up, with something going on with her tail. Sundew pulled out his blowgun, getting ready to shoot. “Don’t hurt me,” she said, looking harmless.
