Sundew lowered his blowgun, while nightsky asked "What is your name?” “Luna,” the sharptail dragon answered. “Why are you here?” wasp grimly asked. “I am one of the battle sharptail dragons, one of the firetail dragons,” Luna replied “there are two of us.” “Only two?” cricket wondered. “Yes,” she said, “the other one worked on lighting ‘holy’ candles.” “Do you know why they are like that?” Sky asked, pointing at the white-eyed dragons, “the white eyes?” “They are ‘corrupted’ by the crystal heart. The moment they are born ‘crystal crows’ come to trap them in the crystals, getting forced to eat the crystals to survive for three days.”She said “But the crystals make them mind-controllable at any time. Creepy, I know. “I think the only way to stop it is to destroy the crystal heart, on the other continent.” she said, looking heartbroken. “You can come with us,” Sundew said unexpectedly “we’re going there.” Luna's face lit up. “Really?!” Luna asked overjoyed. ”When?” “ Tomorrow morning,” “Nightsky, go find some firewood, you see in the dark.” Tsunami ordered nightsky. Nightsky bowed and dashed into the forest. A few minutes later he returned, holding twelve pieces of firewood wrapped in his tail, and a lit one in his hand. He was surprisingly panting.”come… now.” he said slowly. Few things interested him, so again, surprising. “What? What’s wrong?” Sundew asked, taking the lit firewood, passing it to hailstorm, then tsunami, sky, wasp, and cricket, keeping one for him. They all walked into the forest, keeping an eye out for anything suspicious. Finally they reached the spot nightsky found. “It’s over here,” he whispered. There was a pedestal with one big multi-colored circle. The colors were white, blue, orange, dark green, brown, light green, dark blue, dark yellow, and light yellow, in that order. The same small thing went onto the brown pedestal, making it light up, an ominous brown glow. “I have an idea.” Sky said, stepping onto the orange pedestal. Now both the orange and brown pedestals were lit up. “Ohhhh, I get it,” Sundew said, stepping onto the light green pedestal. Nothing happened. Sundew sighed. ”I get the physics of this,” he flew onto the dark green one, lighting it up. Hailstorm realized which pedestal he belonged to, then stepped onto the white one, lighting it up. Everyone found their pedestal, Luna on light green, nightsky on blue, wasp on dark yellow, and cricket on light yellow. When everyone was on their pedestal, the center one started to rise, and updrafts launched everyone to the top, blowing off the kelp on Sky’s wound. “We can see the world from here, or in this case, the continent,” Sundew said, looking around. “Over there,” Sky said, pointing at another tower on an island. “I think we need to go to that tower to cross the ocean.” The small thing climbed up, panting. It stood up on its back legs, did not have talons, and had a patch of dark hair on its head. "Hello, dragons of many kinds.” It said, making everyone surprised. “ My name is Wren.” “ Who are you? Where do you come from?” cricket asked. “Like I said, my name is Wren, I come from treehome, by the treesilk village.” Wren said, “And I can fly by myself.” Now everyone was astonished. “Really? How?” cricket asked. “ Like this,” he said, pulling out a wingsuit. He used Sky’s updraft to launch into the sky, gliding to the tower, quickly disappearing. “I remember something,” nightsky said coldly, “the prophecy,” Now Sky had the creepy prophecy in his head. When the sky is dark and the moon is red, a prince will gain full power. A crescent moon later, the mine will arise, sparkling with crystals of night. The celestial towers of white, orange, brown, two greens, two blues, and two yellows, will seek a dragon of all kinds. On the western continent, the heroes will greet, making the towers arise again. The mines on the eastern continent will give the hero’s crystal. The hybrid prince holds the heart of the crystals, taking you to the palace in midair. The four pure metals will forge the crystal at the ancient forge. Cross the sea with great hope, or nobody will survive. Ringing over and over in Sky’s head. “I think these are the towers,” Nightsky said. “Then we fly to the other one,” Sky said. The distance between each island seemed too long-uncrossible, like any dragon would die of exhaustion or drown in the endless sea. “To fulfill the prophecy.”
