Blackout had a disabled leg when he was born. He drags it around everywhere he goes and its kinda of a pain to drag it. He wants to show absolutely no weakness, which is why he's mean and rude to the others. But he's a bit nice to needle because he likes them. @sunnystripe for the DTA
