"Hurry up, Miss! We're going to be late!" Hey, I'm Leon Ferrara, and you just heard me yell at, for the sixth time, Raven Vance to hurry up. I work as a bodyguard for her. Her father is rich and he hired me about six to eight months ago. I don't really remember, and I blame... HER... for it. SHE is the reason I can't fall asleep at night. SHE is the reason I forget so many things. SHE is the reason I can't concentrate when SHE is around. SHE is the reason my heart RACES when SHE is near. Who is SHE, you ask? SHE is... Raven... I KNOW I'm not allowed to feel things for my... what did her father call it once? Oh yes, my "job", that's what he called it. She is supposed to be my "job" and nothing more. She is twenty-three, and I am twenty-five. Her father will NEVER allow it. PLUS, I'm her bodyguard! I tell myself it's simply not meant to be... "Leon! Come up here for a second!" Oh, no... I'm up there in a second or less, but I hesitate before knocking. What if she's... NOPE. Can't be thinking about that... Stupid, Leon, stupid... "Miss?" I ask, still a bit unsure. "Midnight blue, black, or dark red?" She asks me, and I already know the answer. "Midnight blue, it brings out your eyes." I reply. God, I sound cheesy... "Thanks..." Says Raven, then I let out a silent breath of relief. She's always up to something and no matter what it is, you always have to be careful. I've seen only HALF of the things she can do, and even those are terrifying... After a moment of silence I speak. "Uhmm... Raven..? Are you ready to go?" I ask her, taking a huge risk using her first name. "Huh? Oh... OH! Yes, I'm ready." She tells me, and I hear her coming towards the door. IDEASSSSS I BEG OF YOUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
