Once upon a time, in the year 2090, a family of three lived peacefully on a small farm. There was Eli, the curious son, Mai, his hardworking mother, and Adi, his father. Their farm stretched across endless fields of golden wheat. Life was simple, but things were becoming difficult. "The supplies are lower than ever," Eli said as he looked over the nearly empty storage shed. "Yes," Mai replied with a worried sigh. "We'll need to find a solution soon." Just then, Mai's phone began to ring. Ring... Ring... Ring... She answered it. "Hello?" A mysterious voice spoke from the other end. "Mai?" "Yes. Who is this?" "We need you." "Who are you?" "NASA." Mai froze. NASA had supposedly been shut down by the government nearly thirty years earlier. After budget cuts, political disagreements, and a series of failed space missions, the government announced that the agency would be dissolved. Its facilities were abandoned, its projects were canceled, and most people believed NASA no longer existed. "NASA? That's impossible." "It's a long story," the voice replied. "Please come immediately. Humanity's future depends on it." Curious and concerned, Mai traveled to the secret location the caller gave her. When she arrived, she was led into a massive underground facility filled with scientists, engineers, and giant spacecraft. A man in a white coat greeted her. "Mai, we've been waiting for you." "What is this place?" she asked. "The last NASA base." He pointed toward a sleek silver spacecraft. "What is that?" "The Explorer." Mai stared at it. "The Explorer was built for one mission," the scientist explained. "The Sun is dying much faster than expected. Earth may soon become uninhabitable." Mai's eyes widened. "We've discovered a wormhole leading to another dimension," he continued. "Our probes detected a planet there with a breathable atmosphere. We need someone brave enough to travel through it." "And that someone is me?" Mai asked. "Yes." "But I have a child! I have a family!" "We know," the scientist said sadly. "But you're the best pilot we have. Without you, humanity may have no future." Mai thought about Eli and Adi. Finally, she nodded. "Okay. I'll do it." The next day, Mai boarded the Explorer. As the engines roared to life, the spacecraft launched into the sky and headed toward the shimmering wormhole floating beyond Earth's atmosphere. When the Explorer entered the wormhole, everything changed. Time seemed to race by. Colors twisted around the ship like rivers of light. Alarms blared as enormous forces pushed against the hull. "Pressure levels critical!" the computer warned. Mai gripped the controls tightly. "Come on... hold together..." The ship shook violently. After what felt like hours, a bright light appeared ahead. Suddenly, the Explorer burst out of the wormhole. WARNING! WARNING! SYSTEM FAILURE! Alarms screamed throughout the cockpit. "I'm losing control!" Mai shouted. The damaged spacecraft plunged toward a strange world below. Flames surrounded the ship as it tore through the atmosphere. Then— CRASH! The Explorer smashed into a grassy valley. For a moment, everything was silent. Mai slowly opened her eyes. She was alive. With trembling hands, she opened the hatch. Fresh air rushed into the cabin. The atmosphere scanner beeped. OXYGEN LEVELS: SAFE Mai stepped outside and looked around. Purple forests stretched across the horizon. Two moons hung in the sky. Strange glowing creatures moved among the trees. She realized she had reached another world. A new beginning for humanity. But as she looked toward the distant mountains, she noticed something strange. Lights. Someone... or something... was already there. This is just part 1 part two soon
