As we all know, KSOBB has set its sights on expansion. However, the approach towards these specific territories was a little different. The KSOBB head has diplomatically reached out to the governments of Northern Mariana Islands and Guam, requesting a formal annexation of said territories into Bikini Bottom. Here are some details. The collapse of the U.S. has likely led to severe crises in NMI and Guam, since they are unincorporated territories of it. Both lost treasury backing, federal funding, disaster relief, military spending, welfare, payrolls, and the US dollar (the main currency), which would cause the utter collapse of basic infrastructure, maintenance, public spaces, hospitals, government budgets, power, water, fuel reserves, food, medicine, consumer goods, and imports (of which Guam relies 90% of for the aforementioned). Citizens would lose US nationality, federal legal protections and travel documents, leaving them with almost no international options. Large military property like Naval Base Guam and Andersen Air Force Base would lack command structure and be exposed to powers nearby. All this together would result in massive instability in almost all parts of NMI and Guam. As such, the KSOBB has stated the following things. Under the KSOBB (whose GDP of $111.376B is 171.3 times higher than Guam's and 445.5 times higher than NMI BEFORE the US collapse) both will be under a government operating with direct and efficient top-down actions, much larger economy, and military eliteness. With the establishment of Krusty Krabs all around the Krabian territory, people will have various job opportunities. Services and critical infrastructure will have the funding to be saved and upgraded, and the KSOBB will promise equal human rights, decent wages in shells, basic human necessities, and much better lifestyle. All inhabitants will automatically be given Bottomite nationality and citizenship, and offer an exchange rate to convert dollars into Shells (it is worth noting that they are double the price of 2025 US dollars). Workers will be offered jobs across various sectors (both established and renewed), such as in the Krusty Workforce, local police, military, and others. The leaders will not have to go on exile, and can instead be retired as normal citizens with comfortable severance. Navy will be deployed to patrol the EEZ for protection and send unarmed large transport Skyboats to aid immediate emergency supplies. The KSOBB also promises to preserve culture, indigenous lands, private property, local laws, and national identities. This can be verified with our rule of Marshall Islands and Micronesia, in which their economies have boosted in status and citizens are now more capable of living a prosperous life. Higher GDP per capita is practically guaranteed, especially since both NMI and Guam do not surpass 200,000 in population. Albeit the KSOBB has not stated this, it is also important to note that, accordingly with recent Krabian expansion, refusal will likely result in annexation anyways, just not peacefully.
