Use fullscreen mode. Set Engines to 1 to start them up and wait for N1 to reach 20%. Then use the throttle to spool up the aircraft. All the values are based on the A320 but you can edit them to simulate a different aircraft. This is not entirely accurate. Note that the Drag Coefficient is a combined coefficient and is not based on the real CD value.
