Finally, after 10 days, we are proud to announce SDAS Session 1 Mentorship Pairs! A BIG thanks to @potattas and @shrekmynose for helping to go through some of the applications. With 500+ applications, this was a big task to help through! IMPORTANT INFORMATION ----- 1. If you applied to be a mentor and did not get accepted, don't worry! You will be considered a backup in the mean-time and will still be able to participate in SDAS-only events. 2. If you applied as a mentee and did not get accepted, please let @minorish know if you would like to be added to the program waitlist! In case a spot becomes available, you may still have the opportunity to participate :D 3. If you have a valid reason (personal conflict/ideological conflict), you may let me know if you are assigned a mentorship pair that will not work for you! 4. If your mentor does not reach out to you within 48 hours of this project publication, please let @minorish know! 5. Whether you like your assigned pair or not, you MUST be respectful! ⭐ 6. For mentors : If at any time during this program you would like to take on more mentees, please let me know! We have an extensive waitlist of those (especially feral artist) seeking a spot in this program :) ANNOUNCEMENT : We will be having our first SDAS event starting on 10/12! It will be an SDAS-only art critique workshop open with 13 guest critics whom you may recognize! I understand that not all mentor/mentee pairs will align in every skill, so this workshop is an opportunity for you to learn in something that your mentor may not be able to cover!
