Just because it's stated to be infinite doesn't mean it's actually infinite. the infinite dimensions don't actually transcend infinity, since godzilla had no cosmology with super complex layers like marvel, he is only baseline outerversal + his dimensional power is hax relied, without his true form, he cannot do that. Goku in his base (CC) can destroy infinite or an unnumbered/infinite amount of universes and timelines. Goku transcends an infinite hierarchy of increasingly higher-dimensional/qualitative realms, He threatened to destroy Universe 7's macrocosm, a structure that includes higher-dimensional or transcendent realms like the Otherworld, the Kaioshin Realm, and separate space-time continuums and nearly do so, Dragon Ball Cosmology has infinite 6-D timelines. By the time he reaches Mastered (Perfected) Ultra Instinct, he easily outspeeds characters like Jiren, who can bypass and break through time-stop abilities like Hit's Time-Skip. Goku regularly uses Instant Transmission (teleportation technique) to travel vast or interdimensional distances instantaneously.
