"I think the best thing that Disney did with King Candy and Turbo, was the fact that they didn't try to redeem him. He was a bad person and Disney didn't try to sugarcoat it. This is the villains that we need more in media. No tragic back story, no sad life, just greed, or want for power. I love the fact they also didn't make Turbo regret his actions of unplugging his own game. Not once in the movie do the other racers in turbo-time get mentioned, which is a nice little breath of fresh air, because Disney can have a problem with "o woe is me" with their villains at times. The end of the movie showing King Candy getting eaten reminded me of him being consumed by his own greed. Think about it. The only things cybugs can literally do, is eat and copy. Which brings me to another point, King Candy's virus form was way more egotistical, "I'm now the most powerful virus in the arcade!" This is also meaning something else. He wasn't marveling at the fact that he was alive. He was marveling at the fact that he was better. And the only time King Candy refers to other people is Ralph and Vanellope (Except for the random roster race scene), which he says "let's watch her d*e together!" And the only time where it brings up Ralph is him becoming a cybug and him thanking him.
