This sorts a list by PWSC similarity to a given string, from most similar at the top to least similar at the bottom. You can use this if you don't just want to select the most similar item to a string, but instead one of any multiple similar items (such as in a search engine or probabilistic input-response chatbot) ranked by their similarity. In cases where the strings have equal similarity, the order of the orginal list is maintained.
