[Background] This is the second proposed flag of the Gibraltar Solstice, an alliance between the Royal Union of Iberian Vega, Grand Monarchy of France and the Italian Order after the first proposal by the Italian order. Designed by vexillographer Salvador Lourenço Nascimento, he attempted to put every nation in the alliance into the flag. [The Flag Design] (top left clockwise) The shield contains the smaller shield of the Kingdom of Spain, the Portuguese Republic, the Italian Order and the Grand Monarchy of France. The wreath still contains the Vegan design but to scrolls are modified to say "Unitum Unum (United as One)" instead of "Plvs Vetra (Further Beyond)" to symbolize the unity between Italy, Portugal, Caledonia, Spain and France. Above the scrolls contain two smaller crowns which resemble Italy and France and the larger crown is the Imperial Crown of Iberia. These crowns resemble the royalty of the nations and it's ambitions Under the wreaths has three unveiled scrolls which say "Nacemos Para Vencer (We were born to prevail)" "SOPRAVVIVEREMO (WE WILL SURVIVE)" "VIVA LA FRANCE (LONG LIVE FRANCE)" each of these scrolls are the mottos of the three nations. The palm trees on the flags resemble expansion (such as Italian, French and Vegan interests in Northern Africa) and desire for the glory days The blue and white bicolor resembles the base colors of the three nation's flags. The blue strip resembles France while the larger white strip resembles Iberia and Italy. There is also a Golden outline with fringes and often put on a flag pole with a harp on it
