Basically, Scratch really has gotten worse and I have better places to go for an online community, considering all the problems here with hate, AI slop, art thefts, poor moderation, the site hardly working at all ext ext. I plan on going mostly inactive except for occasionally visiting to make a comment or check up on how things are going so my stuff isn't stolen or fed to AI or anything. (And yes, I know that ST said that they aren't using art, but any random guy can come along and use it.) The entire purpouse of the ESSA gang studio was to make an active main studio for the ESSA community as many of the other studios had nobody in them or the managers are inactive so I want to make sure that doesn't happen to the ESSA gang. If you are the owner, it's your responsibility to invite requests, deal with people breaking rules, choose a person who can take care of the studio when you leave, ext ext. So if you think that being owner will be too stressful, don't apply please, spare yourself ;-; So without further ado, here are the "interveiw" questions. Answer them in a remix. 1. Why do you want to become the new owner? 2. How active are you on Scratch? 3. Are you a part of the ESSA gang studio? If so, what is your role? 4. Someone adds unrelated projects to the studio several times. How do you deal with this? 5. Someone is leaving hate comments in the studio. How do you deal with this? 6. Someone asks to join and they didn't use the form, do you still invite them? If you filled it out and weren't chosen, first of all it is not because I think you are evil or anything. If I thought you did something bad I would talk to you about it. Second if you try to guilt trip me or anyone else into choosing you All you are getting is a spot on a Do Not Interact list and getting kicked out of the studio. Good luck!
Note: I need a new owner by next week. Otherwise I'll probably just choose a random manager and let them re change the owner if they want. Applications will be open until the end of the week.
