Infinaughty was just about to pull a prank on some women... until he got trapped in a pile of sticky dark-purple round things! Here is another Nogginvile Custom I was making. Meet Mineta! With those sticky projectiles that can pop off his head, villains are guaranteed to be stuck all day. He is, what some would consider a man of culture. The big downside to that is how it also signals how... dirt-y certain things with him can get. His ranking on most hero leaderboards is 108. Thankfully, that number is still in the "way up there" ranks, meaning that they go even lower than 250. Mineta is a Libra. His birthday is today, 11th of October. Did you know? His seiyuu was also Konata Izumi for a CD Rom. I'vr gotta say, the two would make a very interesting duo, given their similar mindsets. Mineta's codename is Grape Juice. He is my third favorite of the 1-A batch of heroes because he has caused a few laughs here a there. He's also the 5th smartest (Or was it 2nd?). My other 2 favorites are Shoto (for his voice) and Invisible Girl (Hagakure; She's like Nonexisty but comprehendable) Other kinds of characters who are similar to Mineta include Hakari Hanazono, Momiji Momi, and Issei Hyoudo.
