EDIT: I AM NOT DONEEEEEEE Sup dude(s)? So yeah, uh Long Time No See? Cool cool um anyways, once I saw The Assassin, I immediately had to enter for him omg lmao. @McAves is so freaking good at designing characters!! Right, so I wrote him this huge, angsty backstory, and so here's his bio!! ⚠DEATH, KILLING, SCARY THEMES AHEAD⚠ hmm, how do I begin? Okay, he is a assassin, duh, but he goes by Shrike. That is his killing name. He was originally given the name Lichen at birth, but as he aged, his Master found him. Master forced Lichen into becoming Shrike, a vicious, cold, ice-hearted monster that licked blood from his claws. Lichen grew up with his mother, a caring but fierce she-cat named Loon, (@peekyboo_ for the design, TYSM!) he never met his father, sadly, but was a adaptable and strong kit. But...he grew into a cowardly Tom, who jumped at his own shadows. His Master, a mysterious figure caught him late one night, threatening to kill him and his mother, unless Lichen agreed to be his assassin. Lichen lived for a while, as Shrike, and only killed maybe 3 a week? It hurt, but he still was mentally stable. Shrike was deadly good at his job though. He is manipulative, clever, convincing, and can pierce a flying cardinal though the heart, from a tree canopy, 15 feet away. And he hated it. He is also fragile, introspective, and regretful. He is always looking back, and finding his mistakes. He eventually...is ordered to kill his mother, the only cat who loved him. He does it, no matter how hard, but when he lines up his aim, his shaking paw threw him off, and he instead of hitting her heart, fracturing her ribs. Oh btw, the "You Did This To Me" quote is her last words to her son. she still passes, but much more slowly and painfully. This is when the realization of what he has become struck Shrike. He continues his job, however, eventually leading to him having to kill a 3 moon kitten, /almost/ becoming a cannibal, and a mental decline that drops sharply. He eventually pulls himself back together, after years of dazing though his next few kills, and life. But he eventually regains some sort of normal, and um, well I have not figured that one out yet, lmao. But yeah, that's him! There's more but its really scary and violent so idk if I'm allowed to put it on scratch? Whtvr. Yeah, he slaughters his Master, spoiler alert! Okay, yepperoni!
