POV: Chika The next day, Chika spent time in the camp. Her parents were out in London for the two children of their friend, John. After eating a fish with Lei and Runa, she went back to the house and fetched her basket woven from flat bamboo strips, went out to the herb garden to pick some. Her mother had said they’ll be back at one hour past sun-high. That ment they’ll be back soon. (…I guess I don't really need to say hello.) So she went back to camp with her basketful of herbs, and took it into the medicine cat den, which Chika (Twigleaf), could go in easily because she was a mediator. “Wow, thank you Chi! This is perfect! I just needed yarrow and some feverfew!” Said Honeyfoot. “No problem Auntie.” Twigleaf said. Saki wasn’t her aunt because she was a cousin of Rin, her mother, but she chose to call her ‘Auntie’. (…better go back.) It was, after all, sunset and the sky was orange. “Oh, Chi, you’re back!” Luon said as she entered the kitchens where there were two plates. All the Andrews eat their three meals in camp, which they eat mice or fish or voles or rabbits etc, whatever they caught as fresh-kill. “Where are the ones staying with us?” Chika asked. “Oh, they’re upstairs, fourth floor, each in the empty rooms. The girl is in the right side, the boy’s on the left. Can you take these up to those two? This is the girl’s, this is the boy’s.” “…okay,” she went upstairs and first, she knocked on the right door. “May I come in?” She asked. “Mm-hmm.” Said a girl’s voice. Inside, there was a girl around nine or ten. “I’m Chika.” Chika introduced herself. “I’m… I’m Ena. Ena Karma.” Said the girl. (What!? Karma? So that means the boy is…!?) “Nice to meet you. I’ve brought you this.” Chika offered the three plain-colored yukatas and three sashes that is dark red on one side and dark blue on the other. “Wear it, and it’ll change colour of the season. It’s beautiful, you know?” Chika said brightly than usual. Ena gazed at her. “Yours are very pretty. Is it… yellow-green with dandelions?” “Yes. It is. Here, let me tie the sash.” So Ena wore it, it shrunk to fit her size, and changed into yellow with green ivy. “Wow…!” Ena whispered in amazement. Chika tied her sash at her back, making it a neat ribbon which suited the yukata. “Thank you! Thank you very much!” Ena was saying as she went out of the room. “No problem. One of us will tell you when dinner’s ready.” POV: Kei Someone knocked the left door. “Yes?” He said and pulled open the door. There, was Chika Andrew. She had a yellow dandelion, about four centimeters in diameter, above his right ear. Her yukata was yellow-green with more dandelions, both fluff and flower. She looked very pretty, and somehow, different from when she was at Hogwarts. “I’ve brought you this.” Chika said calmly, showing no sign of suprise and offering the three man-made yukatas and sashes. “Here.” Kei put the clothing on the bed. “If you want to wear it, Father’ll help you. One of us will tell you when dinner’s ready. Though I think it’s not me.” She sighed and glanced at him in a dull look. That made him amued, and he smiled. “Thanks.” He said and pushed the door back. He could hear Chika’s soft footsteps as she climbed upstairs and he very faintly heard a door slide open. (So her room’s upstairs.) he thought.
