Alright, so, lemme introduce you guys to one of my students, Elodie Emerson, who is a 13 year old. She was featured in my most recent art update, so go check that out. Cardinal is currently being ridden by Elodie, who is “leasing” him, because she is making the switch onto horses, and needs a really comfy, sweet, and easygoing one to start. Today was their first ride together, and ngl to yall, they’re an amazing pair. I might try to find some more horses, or large ponies for her, I’m thinking, since haven’t had any breeding requests, she might have a go on some SRWP’s. We shall see… Today was all about flatwork, and getting to know a new horse. We did lots of transitions, circles, lengthening and shortening, as well as other arena figures.
