So apparently I searched up “gen alpha" on youtube. Is that what people think of us? Do they even see the good side of us? I saw a video about “Gen Alpha can't read” then what am I doing? And another about “Gen Alpha can't write and only uses text-to-speech” I would never use text-to-speech, I have no privacy with it! Those videos of “Do you speak Gen Z or Gen Alpha” or “Gen Alpha slang” don't feel relatable. I grew up in Gen Z, hearing the word “legit” makes me think of Minecraft, and I still remember the creators I used to love (Maizen, Craftee, PrestonPlayz). I remember those DIY videos, videos about making a fish tank, and building a house for cats “in the wild”. And I'm not an iPad kid, I don't even like Apple! I'm using an android phone! I don't know why some people make “kids addicted to iPads” a whole generation's identity. Why must they look at one thing and assume every one of them is like that? Why do people blame iPad kids for being iPad kids even if it was their parent's fault for giving them an iPad? Just like Gen Beta, the generation already predicted doomed, did not choose to be doomed! They never chose to be the “brainrot generation”, they didn't invent brainrot, other people did! This is why I decided to plan my first YouTube video to be about Gen Alpha and the second about Gen Beta. I have to address them. I've been planning to start a YouTube channel and publish the first video to be on the first day of pride month in 2027 since September 2026. You know how the YouTube algorithm usually makes your first video decide who your viewers are? I want to be the “good Gen Alpha” who defies stereotypes. I wanted to be a YouTuber as a hobby before I even knew anything about science, but I never bothered thinking about it, I never made a thing. But now that I'm older, better, I can actually think clearly. I always thought of what it would be like to be popular and recognised. But now it's different, I want to be known for a change, an impact. And now I can come up with better video ideas, I guarantee myself to at least be seen.
Yeah, I know it's stupid :D
