The DBD studio can be found here: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/37069320 The DBD managers have decided to open manager applications again. Mostly due to the recent resignations of several other managers. Recommend users you'd think would be good managers: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/52075826/ If you're interested in helping our studio improve, and grow. This is a great time to get involved and make a impact on DBD. We encourage everyone to apply, trying won't bring any harm. ____________________________ 2) context ⚠️ DO NOT put your application in the comments. You can either make it a remix or make it an entirely separate project and add it to this studio: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/52075826/ ⚠️ your application won't be the only deciding factor on whether or not you get promoted. We'll also look at your history, activity and behaviour to see if we think you'd fit the role. You are much more likely to be promoted if you just be yourself. Don't feel the need to fake your identity, You don't need to be perfect. We give priority to users that have been active members of DBD for at least a few months. New members are less likely to get chosen. Any joke applications, or a past applications will be dismissed. Additionally, don't apply if you are in danger of getting banned/are ban evading. __________________________ 3) manager qualities a few things we look for in a manager: - Reliable, responsible individuals that can actively contribute to managing the studio. -Good communication, and teamwork skills. You must be able to work well with the other managers and enforce rules. -The ability to stay calm, problem solve, and make reasonable decisions under pressure. _____________________ 4) application questions Please answer the following in your application: - A short introduction that includes how long you’ve been a member of the studio, your time zone, and age/age range. Along with anything you'd like us to know. - Why would you like to become a manager for DBD? -What do you believe being a manager would involve? - Why do you think you’d be a good manager? - are there any downsides or weaknesses you think you’d have in a manager position? - Do you have any ideas for improving the studio? If so, state them. - preferably on a scale from 1–10, what is your availability and activity level? - Optionally, include any experience you have had with managing or similar roles. ________________________ 5) outro Applications will stay open until November 29th, 2026 at 11:59pm EST (Eastern Standard Time).
